1. Who these terms bind

They apply to every subscription bought through strong8k.world, whichever country you order from. Completing checkout means you accept them. If any part of them does not suit you, the right moment to stop is before you pay.

2. What a subscription is

You are buying access to a streaming service for a fixed period, on the number of device slots you chose. One slot carries one stream at a time. Attempting more simultaneous streams than you hold slots for causes the extra connections to be refused, which is expected behaviour rather than a fault.

3. Using it from more than one country

Your subscription is not locked to the country you ordered from, and taking it abroad or moving permanently is a normal use of it that needs no permission from us. What you may not do is hand your details out beyond your own household, wherever the members of that household happen to live.

4. Activation and delivery

Lines are issued automatically once the payment gateway confirms the transaction, normally within a few minutes and at any hour. Your details are displayed on screen and sent to the email address you entered at checkout, so entering it correctly is your responsibility. Where a bank holds a payment for additional verification, delivery follows once that clears.

5. Acceptable use

The subscription is for private viewing within your own household. Reselling it, publishing credentials, or redistributing any stream to people outside that household is not permitted, and an account doing so may be suspended without refund.

6. What we can and cannot promise

We work continuously to keep the service available and stable, but no streaming service can promise perfection. Individual channels may change, be renamed, or become temporarily unavailable for reasons that sit outside our control. That on its own does not create a right to a refund, though we will always try to put it right.

7. What is your side of it

You need a device capable of running a compatible player and an internet connection able to sustain a stream. Difficulties caused by your own hardware, a hotel or rental network, a wireless problem or an internet provider that shapes video traffic are not faults in this service, although our support team will help you identify which of those it is.

8. Payment and currency

Prices are quoted in US dollars and processed through a 3-D Secure gateway. Your bank converts to your own currency at its own rate, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the figure shown here, and any conversion fee is a matter between you and your bank. Subscriptions are charged once for the period chosen and never renew by themselves. We do not store card details at any stage.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or end a subscription that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or is the subject of a chargeback raised without contacting us first.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms are updated from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order.
